1. Introduction
By accessing and using Tolmar’s offerings in the field of selection of insurance services for pensioners, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Scope of Offerings
Tolmar provides three categories: professional service assistance, an informational guide, and physical materials related to selecting coverage options for individuals in retirement.
3. Professional Service Assistance
Our team evaluates available plans, compares benefits, and assists with administrative steps. Fees are detailed below. Scheduling is arranged upon confirmation of payment.
4. Informational Guide
We offer a digital guide that outlines key factors to consider when choosing coverage. Delivery is via secure link or email.
5. Physical Materials
Branded items or printed booklets are available for purchase and shipped to your specified address.
6. Fee Structure and Reimbursement Policy
Fees for professional service assistance are due at booking. If you are not satisfied, you may request reimbursement within 14 days of purchase. Reimbursements will be processed through the original channel used for payment, typically within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may opt for a service credit or reschedule the session at no extra cost.
For the informational guide, full reimbursement is available if access has not been initiated within 7 days of purchase. Once the guide is accessed, it is deemed fulfilled and no reimbursement is provided.
Physical materials may be reimbursed upon request within 30 days of shipment. Items must be shipped back in unused condition, at your expense, to Bahnhofstrasse 1, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. Upon receipt and inspection, we will reimburse the purchase amount.
7. Non-Refundable Services
Certain premium consultations, including on-site visits or real-time coordination with providers, carry non-reimbursable fees due to reserved resource commitments. Such services are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of selection to ensure transparency.
8. Scheduling Adjustments
If you need to change an appointment, notify us at least 48 hours in advance. One adjustment per session is permitted without charge. Late requests may incur a rescheduling fee.
